As a tribute to the late Stephen Sprouse, Marc Jacobs and Louis Vuitton launched a new line of limited collection designer bags. Included in the tribute collection are the the street style, punk rock influence design made famous by Sprouse. Fans of the designer will remember the fuschia graffitti from a late 80's design and abstract roses from the mid-70's. The two designs are printed on LV's popular Monogram canvas for the popular Speedy, Keepall and Neverfull line of bags.
In this special collection, the Monogram Speedy 30 has been covered with Louis Vuitton Paris graffiti. The fluorescent canvas has been inspired by the work of the late Stephen Sprouse in his earlier collaboration with Marc Jacobs. Only 3 colors are available: orange, pink, and green.
The legendary Louis Vuitton Keepall has been around since the 1930s. For the Monogram Graffiti tribute collection, the famous duffle bags come in bright day glo colors as well. It does keep the traditional qualities that made the Keepall bag popular throughout the years. At 19.7″ x 11.4″ x 8.6″, the Keepall is a favorite all-purpose, albeit very high-end, day bag.
Another of the favorite versatile tote bags from Louis Vuitton, for the tribute collection, the Monogram Canvas bears the graffiti design like the Speedy bag. But the bag retains its quality. Just as the name says, it's never full because as the capacity can be adjusted thanks to its side straps.
